1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website or service stores on your browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, software-development kits, tags, and identifiers. They can keep a site secure, remember a choice, provide a requested function, measure performance, or support advertising.
This policy applies to Qube Enterprises websites that link here. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. Current website technology inventory
Necessary hosting and security
Webflow and its infrastructure providers deliver pages, route network requests, protect forms and systems, balance traffic, detect abuse, and maintain logs. These providers may process technical request information and may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technologies where required to provide or secure the service.
Privacy preference
The Site stores a first-party preference named qube-consent-v1 in local storage after you make a privacy choice. It records whether you selected necessary-only or allowed optional technologies, together with a policy version and timestamp. It does not contain your name, email, or browsing history. The preference is kept for up to 12 months unless you clear browser storage or change your choice earlier.
Interactive visual libraries
The homepage loads a Three.js visual library from esm.sh to render its interactive cube. That request necessarily sends ordinary connection information such as IP address, browser headers, and timestamp to the delivery provider. Qube does not use that library for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Forms
The project inquiry form is provided through Webflow. Necessary security, anti-abuse, routing, and submission technologies may operate when you use it. Form contents are covered by the Privacy Policy.
3. Categories and defaults
Strictly necessary
Used to deliver, secure, route, and maintain the Site; process a form you request; and remember your privacy choice. Because these technologies are essential to a service or choice you request, they cannot be disabled through our consent control. You can still block them in your browser, but parts of the Site may stop working.
Functional
Used to remember optional presentation or feature preferences. Qube does not currently deploy optional functional cookies. If added, they will be off until allowed where consent is required.
Analytics
Used to measure audiences and Site use. Qube has not enabled optional analytics at launch. If analytics are added, we will update this inventory and keep nonexempt analytics off until you consent where required.
Advertising
Used for targeted advertising, cross-site measurement, or profiling. Qube does not currently use advertising cookies, pixels, or similar tracking and does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
4. Your choices
On your first visit, the notice confirms that only necessary technologies are active. Because no optional categories are currently deployed, Qube does not ask for meaningless blanket consent. If we add optional analytics, functional, or advertising technology, we will update the inventory and request a specific choice before activation where required.
You can review the current technology status at any time using the Privacy choices control in the page footer. If optional categories are introduced later, that control will also let you grant, refuse, or withdraw consent by category.
You may also delete or block cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Doing so may remove your saved preference and cause the notice to appear again. Private-browsing modes and browser extensions may provide additional controls.
Where legally applicable, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to keep optional targeted-advertising or sale-related technologies disabled. Those technologies are already not used.
5. Updates to this policy
Technology changes. We will review this inventory when providers, scripts, embeds, analytics, or advertising practices change. If a change requires consent, the Site will request a new choice before activating the affected nonessential technology.
