Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Qube Enterprises collects through its websites, why we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 12, 2026Last reviewed August 12, 2026

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to houseofqub.com, www.houseofqub.com, Qube’s Webflow preview domain, and other Qube Enterprises webpages that link to this policy (the “Site”). Qube Enterprises (“Qube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the business responsible for the personal information described here.

Do not send confidential or regulated information through the public inquiry form. Please avoid passwords, access keys, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, export-controlled material, or client secrets unless we have agreed on a secure channel and appropriate written terms.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us or submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, project type, description of the workflow or problem, relevant systems, operating scale or volume, desired outcome, and anything else you choose to include. We also collect communications and scheduling details when you correspond or meet with us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting, content-delivery, security, and form providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, timestamps, request and error logs, approximate location derived from IP, and security signals. We also store your privacy choice locally on your device.

Sources

We obtain information directly from you, automatically from your browser and device through necessary website technology, and from service providers acting on our behalf. We do not purchase consumer profiles or obtain data from data brokers for this Site.

3. How and why we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, schedule sessions, and prepare proposals or prototypes.
  • Provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our communications.
  • Protect Qube, our clients, visitors, systems, and rights; prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms and agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Maintain business records and administer relationships with prospective and current clients.

For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, our legal bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not use Site inquiry data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers and processors supporting hosting, content delivery, form handling, email, security, storage, and professional operations. Webflow hosts the Site and processes form submissions on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors under appropriate duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
  • Transaction participants in a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
No sale of personal informationNo targeted advertisingNo data-broker activity

We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 18.

5. Retention, security, and transfers

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Project inquiries that do not become active client matters are ordinarily reviewed for deletion after 24 months from the last substantive contact. Client, transaction, tax, security, and legal records may be retained longer where an agreement, law, limitation period, or legitimate business need requires it. Consent preferences may remain on your device for up to 12 months unless you clear or change them sooner.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted to Qube has been compromised, contact us promptly.

International processing

Qube and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate contractual or organizational safeguards.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or a portable copy of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; delete information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, targeted advertising, sharing, or certain profiling. You may also have a right to appeal our decision and to exercise rights without discrimination.

Email info@qube.enterprises with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the right you want to exercise and the email address or interaction involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization and direct verification.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days for covered U.S. state requests and one month for covered EEA or UK requests. If we deny a request, you may reply with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will explain our decision and any available regulator complaint route.

Because Qube does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is currently nothing to opt out of on those grounds. We nevertheless treat recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where legally applicable, as a request to opt out of any future covered sale or targeted-advertising activity.

7. Regional and additional disclosures

U.S. state privacy laws

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above: identifiers and contact information; professional or employment-related information; internet or network activity; approximate location; and inquiry content. We use and disclose those categories for the purposes and to the recipients described in this policy. We have not sold or shared those categories for targeted advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.

California

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about disclosures, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Qube does not offer financial incentives tied to personal information and will not discriminate for exercising a covered right.

Texas and other U.S. states

Residents of Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, and appeal. Qube provides the request method above even where a statutory exemption may apply.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Please contact us first if possible so we can try to resolve the issue.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Cookies and third-party links

See our Cookie Policy and the “Privacy choices” control available on the Site. The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or our practices. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
